Well, after a small hiatus, I've finally updated again, this time with about 18 new pages, a couple images, and I finally added a gallery for all the in story illustrations.  I've only turned up the suspense with this update, so hold on to the edge of your seats

I love this new update! It's so exciting, and Rosella meets so many untimely ends.  Sort of reminds me of KQ7. Thanks for putting my pics up there. I can't wait to see Rosella at the horror wedding. I wonder what wicked schemes Lolotte and Edgar have to make Rosella suffer. Keep up the good work! Maybe she get tied up and gagged (heheh) or maybe they'll sew up her eyes and mouth like Lolotte's poor mother. I want to see Rosella in bondage!

This update is...wow. It's a lot darker. To me, that makes it awesome. Edgar's diary was powerful to me. I wanna read more! But seriously, I can't wait until the next update. *wonders if she's allowed to speculate about who it is*

Yeah, this last update was a lot darker, but that's part of the theme... the further into the castle she gets... the more chaotic and twisted things become.  It's like reaching far into the final level of a game, and usually things are just out of control by that point.  Much like things for our poor heroine in this text adventure   She will be tested to the max by the very end.  *Coming Soon* A certain appearance by a trio from this very forum    *stay tuned*

Okay, the story, plot, everything is great. Problem: I got the mirror and managed to turn the snake into stone, and something behind me says: "Well, well, well, what have we here?" TO BE CONTINUED.
Is this going to be updated or am I just dead?

When it deadends without telling you to try again, then that's the place for an update.

The creature turned to stone with the mirror reminds me of a basilisk, a serpent or dragon creature that turns people to stone wih it's stare.

That's what it reminded me of too.

That's good, because that's the creature it it    While I never actually SAY it, the creature was intended to be a basilisk for those who figured it out   As for the dead end/to be continued.  That was just my devilish way of leaving things on a cliffhanger.  Rosella is NOT dead at that point, nor is it the end of the story (though she may wish she were  )  So until my next update, live in suspense on just WHO "it" is.  Hope that helps, Deloria and thanks for reading
