We've now finished accepting applications for Programming but Art is still looking for people, mainly 3D Artists such as: Modellers, Texturists and Animators, but there are still openings in various 2D positions as well.

I'd say just about anyone on the forum could fill the PR asst. slot, so long as they were willing to put in research, etc. Not that I'm the one 'hiring' or anything, but just saying from reading the description.
