I still haven't used more than 1MB in GMail.  As long as you keep emptying your Junk and Trash regularly, you'll never hit the 1GB or even 100mb limits.  ;D

Except for junk mail, I hardly ever delete messages, yet I never hit even the 2Mb limit... except for when someone sent me the same 400Kb attachment 5 times :P

Microsoft said in an e-mail to me that accounts should be updated by the end of November.  We will see.   ::)

Is it just "accounts" or "all accounts"? ??? ::)

Wow, Yahoo has now raised its account size to 250 mbs -- must be in response to Microsoft's hotmail --- go figure  ::)

Yeah.

I noticed when my percentage of used space went down.

At first, I thought it was deleting messages. ;P

I think they also added some sort of domainkey/verification system. :-\

Now why couldn't MS upgrade the hotmail accounts all at the same time? Surely if yahoo managed (in terms of popularity its probably up there with hotmail) MS could of done the whole thing quicker rather than sending endless "one day your account will be XXX amount larger". Bah.

Edit: Missed your post  :-X

Louisiana Night

It's still a quarter what Google offers, but if I ever find a use for that much space, I'll just upgrade to Pro(or whatever it's called). :P

Once someone offers 100mb attachments, then I'll be happy  8)
