Fortunately/Unfortunately Game

Okay, this is a game similar to the Good/Bad thread only it happens to fictional characters and sort of becomes a story! :D Same basic rules as other things, wait for two people to post after you've posted before posting again. Another catch is you're either doing Fortunately or Unfortunately depending on what the previous person has, so it would go like this:

"First post:
Fortunately, Jollo was having another happy day in the castle...
Second post:
Unfortunately, he accidentally broke the royal vase while dancing too much."
And it would go back and forth like that!

Here we go:

Fortunately, it was another happy day for Alex, for he had Cassima by his side.
