um, ive never heard of braces that you can actually take out. but if you put something in your MOUTH wrong, then you'll know it.

There are clear braces out there that you put in and change every two weeks or so. But if those are what you're getting, Jafar, don't worry...they should be numbered

Braces are probably the worst thing ever (they are simply painful!) but they are really effective, the thing about it is to find a good doctor that will help you out with that. Good doctors might only take only the amount of time needed (with braces) to fix it all up (no matter how BAD they are) while others might just take like endless amount of time as you see yourself age with those things on your teeth

The best time to do it is right now

Those are things we do regret when we get old and stuff

On the other hand, I heard Invisalign is really cool too! Not that it would be less painful but that it is more... attractive than the other choice

I had a pretty good orthodontist. He knew what he was doing...but it was horrible when he was the one switching out the bands each month. He was always so rough and my mouth was sore for two or three days after. If one of the assistants did it, though, I had next to no pain

Long ago when is was about 12 I had braces too. It wasn't that painfull to wear it. Got a lot of teasing becouse of it.
