It's a bit short, but it's FUN. Especially all the ways Pacman can die.

He can fall off a cliff, or crash into that stupid guy's door, or even get stuck in the machine that fixes the ghosts after they turn into eyes.

You can also go to the arcade and play Pacman and Ms. Pacman. It's probably pretty rare, but it's an awesome game.

It was a bit weird though. You can't control Pacman. You have to direct him by telling him to look in certain directions, shooting things with your slingshot, and making sure he's in the right mood.

Yeah. If he's scared, he won't want to do anything dangerous. If he's sad, he'll be hard to direct. (Once, he was so busy moping, he walked off a cliff)
If he's mad, he might pick fights with people, and starts having NO patience at all. If he's happy, he's more inclined to be nice and listen to you. And some moods are just indescribable...

There's quite a few ways. He gets happy when he eats something, gets a balloon, finds an item, gets a high score at the arcade, plays the piano. Sometimes, you need him to be angry though.

I liked scaring him.

Using his slingshot to hit birds and then seeing them swoop at him

I think one of the funniest parts is when you can make him spin on the office chair.

Pacman: *Sees the chair and sits down*
Pacman: *Tells me to shoot the chair*
Me: *shoots*
Pacman: WHEEEEEEEE!
Me: *shoots too many times*
Pacman: AAAAAAAHHHHHHH! *gets dizzy, falls off, and starts yelling at me*

I've always wanted Chrono Trigger for SNES but the PAL version goes for over $100 on ebay
