I was just wondering if anybody here likes Reboot. Reboot was as big a part of my life as KQVI and Myst were back in the day. I loved it very much and hope that Mainframe will make a 5th season.Hopefully they will at least release the 1th and 2nd seasons to dvd. I have some of the old episodes on tape but I still miss the ones I don't have. And yes I own seasons 3 and 4 on dvd.

I LOVE REBOOT! I HAVEN'T SEEN IT IN AGES! :o No one I know has no idea what the show even is. I am a huge fan of practically any 90's TV show, no matter what it is. (Not entirely literal, but you get the picture.)

I used to love that show! Never missed an episode if I could help it.
I wish I could find them on DVD around here, but who knows maybe sometime I will. :)

I miss alot of the 'back in the day' stuff. It just seems like now days (almost) everyone is more concerned with just flashier packaging instead of making things that are worthwhile!

Maybe that's part of the reason I'm so excited about TSL.

Isn't it sad they had to end the fourth season on a cliffhanger?

I hardly remember the show... I never saw all the eps, but I fell in love with it when I could. Maybe some day we'll see Reboot 05. (Season 5)... One of my goals in life is to breathe new life in these shows that suffered an unnecesary end. Like Reboot! It didn't need to end the way it did! I write books to do this! (Except none of them have ever gotten published, because I'd need copyrights, and it's doubtful some one will take a 14 year old author under their wing, especially if I don't have copyrights... But I can always dream!) They really should make a DVD of this show. Along with many more. I miss this show so much!

Alas, I miss the show...  :'( It's truly sad to see it gone, isn't it? I'll miss Reboot with all my heart... Now I will have VENGENCE! (Or I could just go protest that they release a DVD set, and do a new season, and my anger would be satisfied!)

Yeah, I'd love a fifth season with a real ending. But since I own the Third and Fourth Season DVDs what I really want is the first and second seasons which I love mostly because I grew up with them on Saturday Mornings ABC. I also around the same time they had some other great shows like Earthworm Jim, The Tick, Pinky and the Brain, Bump In The Night.
I finally figured out why they stopped showing it in the first place on ABC. It was because they were changing to Disney at the time so they dumped all their shows. :suffer:
I hate Eisner.I'm glad he's gone. But it all turned out for the best for Reboot because they would have never been able to make the show as Adult as it needed to be in the 3rd season. That's why they always joked about the BSNP in the two original seasons because that was the name of the ABC censors.
I also lament the downfall of Mainframe Ent. Now all they make is Spinoffs and Kiddy shows. They sold out! Arrrrrrgh!

Reboot really makes me sad because it's not on anymore. There are a select few things that I am connected to at an emotional level, and Reboot is one of them! One of my dreams is to have revenge on the company's that shut these shows down. But if you notice, most of them were 90's shows, and were then shutdown around the turn of the century. It's really sad. All of those shows really deserved a better fate than what they got...  :'( :'( :'(

Maybe if enough fans bug them they'll release the first two seasons on DVD... If you want the third and fourth seasons look them up on Amazon.

I only have the 3rd and 4th seasons because they're the only ones
that came out on dvd. The original two seasons were only shown on tv and a few VHS tapes. buuuuut If you know where to look...
You can also find a lot of helpful fan sites out there on Google.
They list all the episodes and talk about all the inside gags that you can find in the episodes.

ADV made the 3rd season dvds and the 4th season came out with Anchor Bay.

MainFrame's site

I'm not sure if ADV still supports it...
