Yes, I was tallking to you. A Royal Crier (much like a Town Crier) would relay messages to the people from the presiding monarch, in this case, the Designated Forum Monarch, Her Grace, Queene Deloria.

Milady, some fairly troubling news hath arrived at my house today. Castle Daventry hath been destroyed. The royal family lives strong, but the royal dog, Lord Ruff Ruff, has gone missing. Some say the dog is a shape-shifter, who is great friends with Mordack. No one really knows, but t's rumor circulating around the grape vine as they say. I have sent a detective down to investigate, who believes that the culprit shallst come after you, milady. We shall see. That t's all for now.
