A knight is much better - you get to wear a cool armor, ride a noble horse, fight vicious dragons and save damsels in distress... ;D ;D ;D
A slave boy only gets to cook & clean after the evil wizard, to be punished for every little thing, and to be turned to dust on his 18th birthday!  :-/
