I've got more pics from the Renaissance Festival! yay!

Picture 1 is my hair being braided by a woman there.
The next picture (pic 6 in name, though) is the back of my hair.

Picture 3 is of Castle Gwynn. It's a castle that's been in the process of being built for over 20 years...I want to say closer to 30. It has two towers so far, but it will have four when it's completed.

Picture 4 is of Castle Gwynn from the back. You see the two different tints of roofing? That's because the one that is the shiny copper roof was just placed on the castle at 6 am on Friday. The other copper roof has been there for a couple of years. But we were told it took 1 1/2 years to build just the new part of the roof.

It's the Tennessee Renaissance Festival. They have it every weekend in May and Memorial Day I've been going the last three years

Wow! We don't have a castle. We use to have a small city (sort of they were stationary shed-like biildings) but the city tore them down to build a new library. The library is nice but now we don't have are city.

It was! Everyone should go! And I just found out that they have theme weekends! I've always gone the last weekend in May...so I HAVE to go a different weekend next year!

Ok guys...Simpson's Premiere Vote for Tennessee! It'd be SO cool to have the Simpson's premiere in Tennessee since the town has just a one screen theater...and since I live in Tennessee Doesn't matter the country you live in either...Merlin was able to vote

Too bad Springfield, Virginia wasn't competing.  It would have been cool to see it in a video... I live really close to it.



Speaking of The Simpsons though.. Am I the only one who remembers the episode where they said Springfield was in Kentucky?
