Too bad the only scanner I have access to is at home, about 45 miles from my dorm... I'd like to be an interface artist perhaps. And I'm very good at creating meticulous computer art without tracing over any initial sketches. My S symbol was entirely done in MSPaint, and was only based on a sketch of mine, not traced at all.

There's a scanner downstairs, so that's no problem, but me, being all analytical, means I have absolutely no knowledge of anything in art. What would happen if the vacancies did not get 'filled'? Do you have a worst-case scenario and would that lead to such a scenario?

PS. My current worst-case scenario at work has been postponed a year. It'll now happen in the beginning of 2005, not 2004.

Well, in the worst case the current people on the team would just be doing more work overall.  If more people are hired, it just lowers their overall workload.  The deadlines were made using the current staff, then get adjusted when someone new join the team.  

So the positions being filled or not aren't affecting our deadlines.  They get affected when people quit, get fired or just disappear and don't finish their tasks.
