Hi,

Altough I didn't get to make among beta tester, my questions are:

1) When is the actual game will be ready?

2) I've read journal entry for June 2009 and I see something like "submit to Vivendi", why are they still involved?
I thought Vivendi gave you the OK for completion.

Once you submit game to them, who know what they will dfo with it.
That part isn't clear and I hope that some can explain?

Well, to answer your second question, Vivendi gave TSL license to continue, but they reserved the right to prescreen the game to make sure that it doesn't deface the King's Quest series. They just want to take a look at it before it's released to the public. It shouldn't take long, but it IS a step that the team has no control over.

That said, there's no way to give a concrete release date. You can look around the journal entries for ideas, but for the most part, the only answer is "It's happening, and it'll happen soon." :)

I believe that the contract gives Vivendi/Sierra a limited time to complete testing of the submitted game - though if they request modifications, the time could be extended. Still, at least they can't just put it on a shelf somewhere and ignore it. :)
