Well, maybe the books were real, but that diploma was definitely a fake rolled up piece of paper. ::) XD

I was looking at it and I was like "That paper looks way too fakely old...and they wouldn't make you roll up your diploma like that, would they?" :P

Regardless of the cheesy setting, congrats again, and great pic. XD

I finally finished going through my Europe pics.  Most of them were blurry, so I just went through the good ones.  I've done 100 so far, so I'll just post a couple here for now, and then make a new thread for the others. XD

Pic 1: Mme. Tussaud's, London (Which one's the true genius? :P)
Pic 2: Arc De Triomphe, Paris
Pic 3: Piazza Navona, Rome (Looks yummy, but that drink was disgusting. :X)
Pic 4: Weird sculpture, Cologne

Hehe I know.  It was called Campari Orange, but it literally tasted like 95% of it was alcohol. :drunk: The spooky thing is that I usually don't mind drinks with lots of alcohol, but that one just tasted like a bitter alcoholic grapefruit. :X

Actually, there are a couple other pics I have with much better food & drinks in there... let me see if I can find them.

Yonkey

Thanks, and yes that's my sis. :P  Here are some food/drink related ones: XD

Pic 1: Eurostar, London-Paris
This was the appetizer for the meal they gave on the Eurostar train from London to Paris.  This was actually the best meal we had, since the pubs & restaurants we ate at in London weren't very good.  The salad was shrimp with some olive-oil zesty salad dressing, and the dessert was an orange-flavoured tart.  I think the meal itself was chicken.

Pic 2: Restaurant on Champ Elisees, Paris
The glass of wine was actually bigger than an ordinary wine glass, so we were both slightly drunk after that. XD  The appetizer was a salad, but the presentation was pretty awesome! 8)

Pic 3: Restaurant on Champ Elisees, Paris
More salad but this dressing was light and different, possibly blue cheese or something like that.  The meal itself was a "crêpe sale" with tons of cheese, ham & mushrooms.

Pic 4: Hotel room, Paris
We got back pretty late this night, so most places were closed.  However, the bakery across the street from our hotel was still open.  So, we got some sweets from there.  I was starving, so I ate mine almost immediately :P, but these were the ones my sister got.  I think they were made with marzipan & pistachos.

Pic 5: Rhine, Cologne
I'm not really much of a beer drinker, but since we were in Germany, I had to try their Kolsch. :P  For some reason, I'm looking a bit drunk in this pic even though I hadn't started drinking yet! XD

Pic 6: Relative's house, Cologne
This almost looks like we were at a fine dining restaurant, but we were actually just at our relative's house for dinner.  It was my sister's birthday, so they opened a bottle of German champagne a.k.a. Sekt.

That food looks great! Although the sweets look kinda un-sweet like. :P

Yep.  It takes ages to make, but it tastes so good.  We've eaten it maybe once a year, so this was a great treat! ;D

I agree.  That's why I think I only got one green one, and the rest were other things.  Chocolate or something?  I can't remember. :-\  Anyway, here's a pic of what they had in their display window, and I think I got one mini-eclaire from the bottom right:

Oops, I forgot two more food ones. :suffer: ;P

Pic 1: Non-touristy restaurant, Rome (This was the first time we ordered antipasto, and it was awesome!  Even the olive oil tasted incredible!)

Pic 2: Cafe Bernini, Rome (This was the dessert I ordered at another restaurant.  I think it was a chocolate orange truffle, and even though it looks small, it was really rich and filling. XD)
