There was no contract, not even a verbal contract, assigning me the responsibility over the witches' eye.
There is no legal document describing this responsibility and proving that someone of my qualifications is legally responsible for the witches' eye.
I was not hired for a position which included responsibility over the witches' eye.
I did not volunteer for responsibility over the witches' eye.
Therefore, blame cannot be assigned to me. Blame after-the-fact is insufficient notice.
