Happy late birthday anyway!

Aww, don't worry about it.  Better late than never!  

I actually really enjoyed my birthday this year.  When I think back to how things were last year around this time, it was completely different.  I was away from the people I cared about, I was being swamped with work, and everything in general seemed to go from bad to worse.

Now though, things feel right again.  Maybe it's the closure from completing school, the excitement of starting the next phase of life, or just the comfort of finally being home.  Of course, not everything is serene but for the moment, it truly is.  Another year older, another year wiser, another year more experienced.  Here's hoping the next 25 years of my life will be as amazing as the first.
