Another small piece of KQ fanart...

Maybe I was just seeing things, but thanks to SCI Decoder, I can now view all the pictures and animations of KQ5 (and possibly several other similar games (KQ6 won't work, c'est la vie.)

Anyway, I was looking at the magic battle animations of Graham and Mordack near the end, and I got a good look at Graham as the mongoose, and noticed that not only were the mongoose's eyes blue (like Graham's), but it seemed to have these little gray eyebrows (again, like Graham)! For some reason, I was fascinated by these two traits that the animators had managed to fit into this animal, so I decided to draw Graham-mongoose and Mordack-cobra facing off. Enjoy.

Beautiful! That is one piece of (to quote Sonic) "way past cool" artwork! I must say that I thought that battle was one of the most memorable in the KQ series, although, come to think about it, there weren't a whole lot of battles, unless your counting MoE (Yuck!).

Contrary to what I read other people saying, I don't think your works are Disneyesque so much as KQ7esque...  but that being your favourite, I guess you would draw inspiration from it...

That is something I've been hoping to hear for years. If it weren't for KQ7, I would have probably never started learning how to draw humans. Up until I played KQ7, all I was doing was anthros and animals. That game was the catalyst for my pursuit of creating not only decent drawings of humans, but animals as well, and I am honored to have my work compared to its art style. Thank you so much.

I tend to lose track of time when I'm drawing, but this one probably took me a couple of hours. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to drawing.

Well, it kinda had that distinct KQ7 feel to it.  It reminded me a lot of the style of the fact of the black cat, for example, and the way the eyes are drawn especially.
