Well it certainly doesn't resemble graham that much. I'll admit that I was really out of the loop back in 2002 and only knew of the existence of LSL:MCL and never really knew much about any other games (it was before I started using the internet as much as I do now. I hardly even knew of the existence of forums and online communities...) I remember seeing an article in a magazine all about MCL (which I may still have buried under my massive pile of magazines somewhere.)

Or Connor's chibbified cousin! :D ;P

For all we know, it could also easily be some project Surfer Girl or someone had to do for school, inspired by King's Quest.

Why is it so hard to believe?
After all, look at Sierra/Vivendi's instructions to Escape Factory when they were developing "Space Quest" back in 2002:''Do Not look at, play, or even read about previous Space Quest games"

Why is it so hard to believe?

Because:

1. The source is an anonymous blogger
2. Said anonymous blogger claims to have insider information, but fails to specify how this information was obtained (was she working for Sierra? going through their dumpsters?)
3. There are some discrepancies - were the games announced or not? was it 2001 or 2002?
4. The anonymous blogger fails to show any evidence to support her claim, except for
5. Two images with absolutely no KQ characteristics what-so-ever.

As I've said before, it's not hard to believe such games might have been considered by Sierra at one time or another, but being plausible doesn't necessarily make it true. Simply put, Sierra considering a KQ sequel = possible, Sierra announcing a KQ sequel in 2002 without any of us hearing about it = not bloody likely ::)

I'd like to have the source for that quote, if possible... it sounds more like a community myth than something they'd actually say :-\
