Greetings fellow gamers!

I've heard about some rare versions of the Space Quest games:

There's supposedly an early release version of Space Quest 3 that has a few differences, most notibly that the Aluminum Mallard's computer says "Lite Speed" instead of the usual "Light Speed". Does anyone have this version or know what version number this release is?

There's also a rare beta of Space Quest 4 that was released by a group known as The Humble Guys that has debug enabled. Surprisingly I've asked on spacequest.net and the virtual broomcloset and no one knows much, sadly those boards are in a coma these days. Any Sierra historians around these parts that might know anything? These would be cool novelties to get ahold of.

The only thing I know of (and have) is the AGI version of King's Quest IV.

When talking rare games, KQ4AGI doesn't compare at all do those SQ games that apparently exist.

I'm not sure if they do exist, they might just be rumors. but if they do, It would just be interesting to see what differences there might be between these versions and the collection versions. I found a copy of Space Quest 5 that appears to be an early beta that has some very interesting differences from the version that came with the SQ collection. Since then I've been researching different versions and betas. I have several copies of the SQ games on thier original 5.25 floppies that I wish I could still access to see if there's any difference between them and the collection versions as well.
