Well, I want to stay fairly true to the story, but take some liberties with it. Like, maybe Alexander can get into the castle with Beauty's clothes AND rescue Cassima's parents from the dead. Also, I think we could show more of the events that happened beyond Alex's point of view.
For example, we could elaborate on the journey to the land of the green isles, show Beauty interacting with her stepmother, and have several flashback sequences revealing tidbits (like Cassima getting locked away and Alhazred stealing the treasures) as relevant to the advancement of the plot.
I LOVE that idea! Consider me a member of the project! (As a writer, preferably.)
Done. I've got Haids and myself as writers. Anyone else?
What do you guys think it should be about? My favorite KQ game/storyline is KQVI, so I propose an adaptation of that, but I'm very open.
Do you mean we come up with a story based on "Heir Today Gone Tomorrow," or do you mean you think we should completely re-enact the story? I suppose I'm a bit confused!

Do you have the KQ companion? That would be great for some other background info to use in the drama. i'm loving this idea BTW. maybe we should make a site or google/yahoo group for talking about it if we get enough people working on it. Just so we don't use the TSL forum for all our postings of scripts or whatnot.
I used to have the companion. I went looking for it recently but had no luck. I think I might order another copy.
The google/yahoo groups plan is an excellent idea. Once we have a definite team set up, I'll make one.
Hey, guys.
Yeah, I wouldn't mind... Just depends on when you plan to do it.
You'll be able to record your lines at your own leisure with a deadline set up for each episode. An editor will put them together with the other lines, sound effects, and music.

Once we have the first couple scripts written, I'll write up an audition sheet and listen to everyone's voice/mic quality and match them up with the characters. We'll probably get the major roles casted amongst ourselves, and I can get more voices from the various voice acting groups I'm affiliated with.
Anything else to add before I set up the list serv and we get real serious with this?
