Hello everyone and great job about TSL :)
It's really heart warming to see KQ again.

After playing the demo with my family, here are some thoughts me had :

1)When Graham moves, the animation is kind of weird, like he's gliding through. I think either the speed of the animation or the leg animation itself may be at fault.
2)If it can be changed, please ignore this point but I think it would be a good idea to change the font size of the bottom text. Some people may find the text too small.
3)It's not really directed at the demo, but I think it would be a good idea to implement either
- a hint system (if you get stuck for a specified period of time, you may ask for a hint)
- no dead ends (I don't mean no death, just "Oh crap, I have to start again to take item X at the beginning of the game"
- different "paths" you can take, changing the puzzles.
- I know it would be hard, but maybe a randomization of some puzzles. Like where an item is, what you should do and so on so that two players may have different experiences while playing the game and always discover new things.
4)It's really minor, but I found Graham pathfinding sometimes to be too "visible" like he's making a detour to get back on a predefined path.

However, please don't think that I didn't like the demo from these comments, I really did. And I hope KQ will live forever :D

Thanks for the feedback, Sekoria.  I'm glad you and your family enjoyed the demo! ;D

This gliding problem was fixed a few years ago in the current build.

We've actually changed the font entirely in the current build.  The size is still the same, but the type is bold, so it's more easier to read.  We also have the option of disabling subtitles, for people that prefer to just hear the voices and not be distracted by the text.

We unfortunately don't have the time to implement a hint system, but people will be able to ask for hints from other players in our Forum.  There aren't any dead ends in the game -- I personally made sure of this when the plot was being finalized, as did Cesar.  While there are different paths you can take to solving the game, the puzzles are all linear.  We once discussed having alternate solutions for puzzles, but it made it too easy to introduce dead-ends.  That being said, there are a few optional things you can choose not to do and still complete the game.  Doing so, however, will result in a lower score.

The walking system was completely redesigned.  Graham no longer walks in predefined paths.

No problem.  If you want to get a peak at how the walking has improved since the demo, try out the Beta Testing Build, released just over a year ago.  Just keep in mind that build (intentionally) has far more bugs in it than the demo. :P

It's always fun when a newbie comes and asks questions about stuff we think we know.  That way when you answer them, we're surprised and delighted to learn that so much has changed.  Liike even minor things, like the new font and no "dead ends."  Cool!  I never would have thought to ask about it myself, but it's exciting to know that even with these small changes you guys have made so much progress.  ;D

Sometimes, it's the little things in life lol. I must admit, that new members always ask the questions that the people that have been here for a while never seem to ask. It reminds me of a scene from an episode of Stargate SG1 when the Asgard are explaining that they are too smart for the Replicators... I won't get into it. It's off-topic, so not relevant. Now whatever happened to that encyclopedia someone was making about TSL? Perhaps we should start a TSL Wiki... Or not. lol

There already is one in the: KQ Omnipedia and, of course, the actual Wikipedia page here.

But I remember a forumer a few years back mentioned they were in the process of compiling an encyclopedia of all the information that the team dropped and all the public info. They mentioned it in a thread, though I can't remember which one. I don't think it was ever released, but it would certainly be a handy reference, wouldn't it?
