As someone mentioned on the Forum, Activision has been talking to people on facebook.

If everyone can write something tasteful here too, that might draw their attention. Try to flood Activision at every point we can, let them know we are not happy.

Guys, please note that the people running the Activision Assit page seem to be on our side. Take their advice -- they gave us a means of contacting the PR department and Global Marketing department. We shoul do *both* things!

They do appear to be on our side. We need to be nice at all times and show respect to them. They hold TSL's fate. Being negative never gains good results

Cool, I'm glad they're listening--at least a bit.  Our voices are being heard, people!  :)

And what a wonderful post it was too! We are all behind you Ober. Maybe in one special letter, from the TSL Community, we can all write stories about our experiences with Kings Quest and how it was a large part of our childhood. We can try to touch someones heart, who ever is going to read these in the end and try to get someone on the inside to help us.

I like the reference to Ben-hur. I didn't know Activision use to be Atari. They made great games, they had heart and you are exactly right, if Avtivision doesn't reverse this then they will become Messala, and he was damned when he returned too.

Activision was formed by employees of Atari that felt Atari's strong-handed stance regarding creativity and fairness when dealing with artists (specifically, bonuses and royalties for artists) was stifling the game industry and so they left Atari and formed Activision.

Oberonqa....that post is worthy of nothing less than a conglomerate of two of phrases I use to express my highest praise.....

That post rocks my socks like boulders.

I'm glad that they are listening. I have many stories of my times with KQ, especially considering they weren't too long ago. I'm still pretty young in life. I wish there was some way I could express these stories myself.
