You can't put a belt round your hips when wearing a dress!

Naw, according to my mother I did wear a dress, once when I was a child, both my sisters were wearing one and I insisted on it aswell because I thought it was unfair that they got to wear things i was not allowed. No picture was taken back then and I have no memory of it so I am not too sure it even happend.
