Haha! ;D I have to think of creative ways to avoid swearing; I'm around kids all the livelong day.  Thank you for appreciating it. :)

THE GOOD: I finished my essay for this week!
THE BAD: It's not very good. :(
THE BAD: And I have more work to do now. :(

THE GOOD: Oh, wait, nevermind, there's nothing else that goes on in my life anymore. Just the awful freaking job.

THE GOOD: The fact that when you accidentally hit "notify" instead of "reply," the forum asks you if you're sure you want to report that post. :P  (The team would have lots of accidental reports from me if that weren't the case.)

THE EXCITING: I got my bridesmaid dress, shoes, and jewelry today for my friend Jennica's wedding! !!!

THE BAD: Sunday night and it's pouring outside. :(  Could things be any more depressing?

The BAD: Cray-Q-estie's jorb apparently  :-\

The GOOD: I get paid Wednesday! :D
The POSSIBLY PROBLEMATIC: trying to live off of just what's in my wallet in the meantime

The BAD: I have to do an open night Wednesday...
The BAD: I haven't played with the vis. center yet :o (I've been busy with research :( )
The BAD: I have the rather boring IMO task of just driving the vis. center and making sure the guests don't blow anything up (which would be really hard for them to manage considering)... ... ...oh, and answering their questions (I should clarify that answering their questions is boring because 1) said questions are generally directed to whichever of us is doing the talking and 2) they are also rather limited in number)

The BAD: no TKD tonight b/c of bank holiday
The GOOD: bank holiday today :D
The GOOD: that means a day-off
The BAD: that's not as great as it might sound
The BAD: boredom

The BAD: not getting up in a timely fashion... ever...
The BAD: it's too cold in my room for such things ::)
The BAD: also, it's too noisy outside for same

The GOOD: my parents will eventually send that stuff they said they'd send and then I'll have an electric blanket

The BAD: I think that breakfast sandwich disagrees with my stomach rather fiercely... ... *feels ill*

The confused: I don't know what an open night or a vis. center is. :-\
The BAD: Too much to do this week. :bomb:
The GOOD: I have Thursday and Friday off this week! !!!
The BAD: That means I have to finish everything by Wednesday or else work during my vacation. :wall:

The FRUSTRATING: They just extended the deadline (previously 8 AM this Thursday) by two weeks - not to give us more time for what we already have to do but to give us more. >:(

The confused: I don't know what an open night or a vis. center is. :-\

Open nights are nights the astrophysics part of the department does tours of the observatory and our visualization center (a 3D visualization suite hooked up to a super-computer).

Mmmhmmmm. :(

The BAD: I'm lonely! I haven't had a chance to go out with my friends in weeks!!
The BAD: And my love life is completely and sadly empty, which wouldn't normally be a problem for me but isn't that supposed to be what goes good when your professional life isn't?
The BAD: Bathroom sink is clogged. And full of.... worms of some kind, I think? They look like mini-leeches SUPER gross.
The BAD: Internet still won't work reliably.

THE GOOD: I went up two levels in WoW tonight!!!

There is only good for me today!

THE GOOD: I'm off work at noon today and all of tomorrow, because one of my best friends from college is coming into town this weekend and I haven't seen in her 2.5 years, and it's Halloween weekend, and we're having a party on Saturday, and I'm super-psyched for all of these things!!! :pumpkin:

The GOOD: This leaves this evening and tomorrow morning to work on vocab.
The BAD: I've not been to Latin in ages. :( :( I don't really have time to. XP
The BAD: I have a really full weekend for someone who has no life. :(
