Agreeing here! It's totally not easy! I weighted myself right before my 10 year class reunion and realized I was at least 30 pounds lighter since they last saw me...but that took 10 years of getting some weight off, and then putting a little bit on, getting some more of it off, putting a bit on. This last year has been the first time I have done regular exercise...and that's with Erik and I running on a regular basis. Now let me tell you: I HATE running. Even after a year, I HATE it! And yet, every time we finish, I feel so good about myself. As of last week, we got 5 miles in, which is the first time we've ever done that. We've been stuck at 4 miles for a while now! AND I did my 1-year mark of measurements: 5 pounds gone, but 29 total inches!
As a reminder and an encouragement, Kristen: It takes longer to get weight off when you're exercising because you're building muscle...and muscle weighs more than fat

The best thing to do is start measuring and weighing yourself once every month or so. Or just post before and after pics here every few months so we can tell you how great you look

Graham, you look great! Haven't seen pics of you in FOREVER!!
