I thought the Gaelic dún means hill aswell? could be wrong though.

Did you know it is rather stupid to fry chicken in oil with no lid on the fryingpan and no shirt on? it really hurts!  :-\

I did not know that, but I've learned to always wear an apron when I'm frying things because the grease pops out and stains my shirt :(
