Franz, if you want to translate the text to spanish officially, that's ok, if you agree to understand that the translations must be done under our rules and capabilities. Menaing nobody touches the art of the game but us and that there are things that we cannot translate right away, but maybe will consider to do so after the team is available.
If you want to do a full translation of the text, we can provide the tools to do so (the conversation editor), but again, things like logos and even main menu asset, we may not be able to get translated right away. Once all 5 episodes are out there, we could consider to include a patch for those.
Subtitles for movies we could be able to translate, since the movies have a subtitles file and that's all text. So, in theory you can do a subtitle for the "To Roberta" lines.
Same with others that want to do it for their native language. What we need you to understand beforehand is that we are scrambling to get other episodes out and so things like the menu's episode names for example, we may not be able to translate right away.
Also, if you have any desire to translate the game, you need to have a fully QA support team to test the game in the different languages.
What we can offer is to give you the conversation tool with all the files, then, when they are ready, you can send them our way, we'll build with those files, and then we'll hand the you the build for testing.
Like I said, the whole thing may not be able to be fully in your native language yet, but at the very least all the narrations, conversations, etc will be.
Contact Adrienne Elliot if you are interested (Waltzdancing here in the forums)
Thanks!
