Subtitles Are Too Tiny On 1920x1200
« on: July 10, 2010, 03:32:54 PM »
Would you consider adding a patch to set font size in the options menu? I'm using a 1920x1200 resolution and subtitles, as well as conversation options, look rather small on my screen (looks like a size 8 font). It's hard to read.

;D I've never even seen resolution that high. XD Everything must be teeny tiny.

It's a bit more common resolution than you think, especially now that LCDs that support 1920x1080 (1080p) resolutions have come down quite a bit in terms of pricing.

I played TSL EP.1 in 1920x1200 and it looks far sharper than in lower resolutions like 1024x768. There were more jaggies with the higher resolution, but forcing Anti-Aliasing on takes care of that problem, nice and easily...  ;D

Heck, I'd be happy if I could even find the Options menu and how to turn on sub-titles... ???

When you start the game, on the main menu, one of the things you can select is options, and under audio, you can choose to turn on subtitles. :)

Yes, I just turned off the game and restarted it so I found it. It's late here and my brain must be fried.  ::)
