There's a distinct difference between an insane person telling people (s)he has no reason to be in here, than a sane person telling that.

The Asylum has an owner. Since my service as psychologist was in service of the Asylum, that has been put on hold. My function as Manager is of the same sort, but my function as head of the security is not. My security detachment answers to me, and only to me, and I don't take orders from anybody else concerning them.

iirc you created the Asylum (the new and official one). besides I have created many computer programs, but that doesn't mean i don't have a boss. (likewise in construction, builders do have a boss and don't own the houses the build)
