Tawmis

I just finished Episode 01... and dear gawds, way to whet our appetites for more!  ;D

This was undoubtedly beyond excellent. I have seen posts that say it was short and such - but I thought it was a great introduction to what is split into quite a few episodes - and will no doubt, even if but a fraction of the quality as this first episode - will be absolutely amazing!

Thank you for this. Thank you all who fought to keep it alive. Thank you all who put it together.

It felt wonderful tasting the magic of "Sierra" once again.

I agree with you. It's great to finally be able to play an adventure game in Sierra's famous style once more. A lot of sweat and tears were poured into this project, but it's finally at the final lap. After all these years, we finally get to play as Graham once more.

I think the only thing I would even remotely "complain" about would be the pathing/walking. Sometimes, Graham simply wouldn't walk AROUND the object if something was in his way...! He'd just stop AT the object, rather than walk around it.

Graham says, "I see where you want me to go, Tawmis, but I think I will stop at the bottom of the stair case monorail thing, rather than go up the stairs. It is, after all, quite a few stairs, and I am an old man!"  :D

Oh! And the only other thing is the dern Lighthouse seen off to the side by where the tickets for the ferry are normally sold. I must have tried about 30 times to try to get to that lighthouse (because it was so detailed) that I thought I had to get there. But that's just me being an idiot. Not the game's fault.  :o

I like to think of that as Graham turning into a Sim. Now just wait until he tries to use the bathroom... lol XD

XD The original game was so bad with that... there's another person in this doorway so I'm going to just keep bumping into them instead of going around!

Even with all of the improvements the AI has had over the course of the series, it's still hilarious to see how Sims react in certain situations.
