-Feeling horrible and worthless because my father left from the waiting room *when I was having it inserted* go to a village event, leaving me stranded and without a way of getting back home and without a coat or a wallet or a train ticket or drugs and in agony. He didn't even bother to pick up his phone, just sending me a text telling me to "wait somewhere", and I was stranded there for an hour before my gynecologist closed the practice to drive me home. When he finally called two hours later to see where I was, he didn't bother to ask how it had gone or how I was doing. I should add that it was traumatic enough because I'd been forced to do this and didn't want an IUD.

Ahem... forumers... especially members of Deloria's court... do your duty!!

I sent him an angry angry email which basically asked him "What the F*** were you THINKING?!"

That is just wrteched. I'm so sorry to hear he did that. I really hope you can find somewhere else to live, Deloria. :/

Unfortunately, there are other complications so it could last for a while longer ... :( (one of the reasons that Deloria didn't want this procedure).

Boo.

Well...the additional pain, at least, shouldn't last too long? I'll offer what hope I can!

How can somebody do something like that to his own child?! We don't even know this man and we're all aghast! Deloria, I'm so sorry. >:( If we were speaking face-to-face there would be a string of explicits here, but "family friendly forum" and all that. :P

All I can say is that now that the procedure is done, I REALLY hope it helps take Deloria's pain away. :help:

:stabs: my friends who keep deciding to tell me about all their plans for Boston Pride which I can't go to because of my flare up. (I know they're not trying to be asses, but they're being asses.)
:stabs: my "friends" who keep telling me they'll call or stop by or come hang out with me and then don't
:stabs: my "friends" who have suddenly started talking to me out of the blue from nowhere after adding me on Facebook because they think I'm cute, and are clearly hoping that by being all supportive in this time of need I'll fall madly in love with them. In sickness AND IN HEALTH people.
:stabs: my doctor, who is concerned I'm becoming addicted to painkillers because I've been on them for so long. Uhm, maybe if you would MAKE ME FEEL BETTER instead of being an incompetent jackwad I wouldn't still need them?!
:stabs: the manufacturer of the medicine that's supposed to make me better and still hasn't managed to get through the paperwork they effed up three times so I could afford to be on it.

I know I'm a control freak, but you already run how many Wikis, you really need to come try to take over mine?

Although, this is the stabbing thread.... we should be stabbing things while we hug.....

But, y'know, not each other. Cause that'd defeat the purpose of the hug........

That is INCREDIBLY annoying. I feel your pain. But, wikis do come equipped with histories and easy undos, at least, don't they?
