He. He's a misogynistic jerk who's said he thinks sexual dysfunction is a thing people (read: women) make up when they don't want to take responsibility for their own pleasure and then he tried to pressure me into having a hysterectomy right now and told me I was being silly and inconsistent for being adverse to it. >< There was a desire for much stabbing. :P

A hysterectomy is a pretty drastic (and permanent) option, especially for someone so young. From what I've read, it isn't even a guaranteed cure for endometriosis.

Whoa whoa whoa WHOA. That IS quite a legitimate stabbing list! Don't you just hate getting flipped off? It's so insulting; someone who doesn't even know you can somehow hurt your feelings! >:(

And girl, I also feel your "time of the month" pain. I'm three freaking days late and I've had overly exaggerated PMS symptoms for the last THREE weeks.  Pssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwww!

(And no, to answer everyone's questions, there is a zero chance of a baby Haids in nine months, Still a proud V-card holder! )

Okay, okay, I can see WHY you would have flipped me off: I accidentally moved in front of a truck in the next lane because I didn't see it in my mirrors, but still... how rude! First time I've had someone do that.

V-card holders ftw!

Take it from someone who's been in a chemically menopausal state before; it's not fun. Presumably you know that hormone levels can usually* be kept fairly stable with birth control and that you can actually avoid having cycles without any negative effects if you do your research properly. :P

*Unless your cycles are replaced with blood clots the size of two-month old parasitic lifeforms called "foetuses" that actually give you real contractions and that you physically have to give birth to every time you have hormonal fluctuations, in which case you really have bigger issues. :P

Personally I couldn't wait to have sex. Which somehow, I find almost equally inappropriate to discuss in public. :flirt:

True, but I'm kind of out of options and am currently on three different kinds of birth control and absurd doses of oxy and codeine. :P The next step is trying to have an analgesic foetus. ::)

Me too! Proud owner.

Scratch that, I did.  :stabs: the fact that I am larger than a lot of girls and therefore makes it harder to shop for clothes. We want to look cute too!

Deloria

Unfortunately, a lot of people have problems trying to buy clothes that fit them properly. :-\ I have no idea whether this is an option for you, but I find it much easier to just go shopping for the year or however long when I'm in a different country where the average proportions are closer to my own. Which admittedly is much easier in Europe where foreign countries are less than an hour away. ::) Or buying clothes online.

I manage to hover right between mediums and larges. And button-down shirts, gah! I want them to work for me, so many of them are really cute, but then it's usually either a shirt that's too big in general, or that fits everywhere but has trouble buttoning without strain.

I've at least found stores that have clothing made for ladies with curves at this point and that work pretty consistently for me. (NY & Company, Ann Taylor, and The Loft are good ones, if their style is to your liking)

And of course, a host of silly t-shirts from places like Teefury.com and s***.woot.com :)

Don't be discouraged, Kristen. It's all part of being a chick! Everybody has something about themselves that they don't like, but it's all topical. People love you for who you are underneath the skin!

We need a "girl" thread where we can complain about this kind of stuff without the boys here feeling uncomfortable. :) Hmmm....*heads back to the Asylum main board*
