If anyone has a copy handy, I'm looking for a nice high quality scan of the cover for the KQ wiki.

I'd also like a nice close up scan of the elements in the Crystal Ball.

On a side note I'm also looking for scans of the chapter artwork from various editions, and the iconomancy artwork.
Well, ya, King's Quest is on Earth. Daventry is very old city from a long time ago. It's in ruins now and people aren't quite sure exactly where it used to be. There are some archaeologists searching through the ruins, they think they know its Daventry. But its somewhere on Earth."-Roberta Williams http://kingsquest.wikia.com/wiki/File:Daventryisearth.ogg

If nobody is able to help, as I promised before, I will get this done once I am in my own country at the end of the month.

Thanks mango, I know the feeling... I'm away from all my books in another country, or I would do it myself, LOL :p...

Tess, you wouldn't happen to have a copy of the KQ6 box do you think you could make a good scan of the artwork from it?

Thanks.

I have most of the stuff from the KQ6 box, but sadly I don't have the box itself. Guess my parents lost it. :(

Wow Tess, you're full of good stuff!
I've collected a few things from Ebay over the past few years in addition to what my parents had.

Working on the Iconomancy pics, should have them up in a bit.

Baggins

Sweet.

BTW, here's what I have scanned so far for the KQC artwork;

Obviously the castle icon needs a better scan.

From what I can remember what's missing, royal family (in Daventry's Throne Room),  an artwork of Graham vs the Dragon (KQ1), Graham with the Mermaid (KQ2), alternate Gwydion and Medusa (KQ3), Rosella in the crypt (KQ4),  an alternate Roc artwork (KQ5), Alexander vs the Minotaur.

Don't know if there are any others i'm forgetting. I do have all the world and land maps scanned up already.

Thanks!!!

Anyone know if there is any artwork in the Authorized KQ7 guide by Peter and Jeremy Spear?

I don't know what happened to the Riki Tiki Tavi one, looks like it got stapled or something. :P Here's a fixed version if you want:

Just the covers, a black and white closeup of Malicia from the cover, and all the character sketches in the back.

Thanks, just a few more to go :)

Now, just to make sure that artwork first appears in the 2nd or 3rd edition?

Hmm is there any chance of getting a higher res scan of KQC 3rd Edition cover, mostly focusing on a close up of its interpretation of Alexander and Cassima. Thanks.

Ok, turns out I had already uploaded a hi res scan of KQ6 boxart from the Roberta William's Anthology heh.

Iconomancy was the 2nd, the others from the 3rd.

Sure. Hopefully I'll be able to work on it some more tonight after orientation. :)

Baggins

Thanks again tess.

Hmm you wouldn't happen to have copies of  KQ novels would you?

I never got around to it, but the omnipedia could use better scans, plus, better close ups of the character art for the related pages.

:( Those iconomancy pics looked ok on my moniter but on my iPod they don't so much, different colors where I edited.

Baggins

Hmm, I didn't see any problem, but if you try to fix them later, you can just reupload them over at the wiki.

Hm. Now that I see the covers and some of the art, I think I may have had that edition back in the day myself! NO idea where it is now, of course.
