Sierra quote

I remember hearing--perhaps on a forum from a former employee? That around 1998-2001, somewhere in those years, Sierra brought on board a guy who specialized in seeing why companies fail or something along those lines--Someone to try and help them revamp the business, a specialist in that area. If someone recalls the quote or can get me a link to it I'll be greatly appreciative. The kind of specialist or something that tries to reverse a business' red ink or to investigate what went wrong.

Also I remember reading on a forum an ex-employee was talking about Sierra and Blizzard and saying how when he worked at Sierra there was a lot of backstabbing and whatnot--if someone could find that quote that would be great help.

The backstabbing thing was probably by Josh Mandel. Or Scott Murphy. Or both. Or more. Josh said that Sierra broke a contract deal he signed with them and so he quit because the guy he brought it up with shrugged and said "that's business".

I remember it being someone lesser known--someone who had survived Black Monay. Thi same person might be the same one who said  about Sierra having a guy who specializes in finding out why businesses have red ink--I forget the name of the occupation, not an accountant but something along those lines.
