Patch Window not adjusting for different font DPI settings

Just a small bug to report here.  As you can see from the picture, the Patch window does not scale according to the system's font DPI setting, which results in a portion of the window's contents being cut off and not displayed.  The contents of the window scales accordingly, but the size of the window does not. 

For reference purposes, the font DPI setting is set to 120 DPI on a screen resolution of 1366x768. 

The same thing occurred with the Episode 3 Patch, but I didn't report it at that time because I figured it was a known issue and would have been addressed by now (my bad).

Ah that is actually really useful to know.  We weren't aware of this before oddly enough, and while we did fix another in-game bug related to that exact resolution crashing when saving games, we had no idea about this one.  Thanks for the heads up.
