Can someone please tell me if there is an Easter Egg in Episode 1 and how to access it ?

Try walking directly away from the bookshop and pawnshop (toward the bushes).  There's an area over there that's brand new.

Thanks, I have discovered the new area but I am really looking for an animation from the game developers going a little hey wire that really shouldn't be there at all.

windman, click the talk icon on Graham.  When he stops, click it on him again.  They are all different.  You will know what "they" are when you play the game.
