If you find an easter egg that hasn't been mentioned yet, post it here, in spoiler/hint format.

This way we can build up a comprehensive list (hopefully) over time.

Let's try to make sure we use spoiler format :) Don't want to accidentally ruin anything for anyone :P

So there were two that I found during my first playthrough.  One seemed pretty obvious but I'll spoiler it anyway.
When you're talking to Black Widow, at the end there's the option to talk to her about shadows or something, which brings on a Gabriel Knight reference from the narrator.
Also...
Pick up some ocean water from the Isle of Wonder with your bare hands.  Shenanigans ensue.  Cliff's Notes version: The narrator tries to make a funny, Graham is not amused, the narrator feels unappreciated, the TSL staff shows up, and Graham walks.  And you die.  Kind of.  For a second.  ADIOS!
Also try
looking at the door when you're inside the bookshop
for another GK reference.
When you open the door to chessboard land you get a padlock in your inventory. If you go to the blacksmith's corner on the Isle of the Crown, there's a box with a padlock on it. Using the padlock on the padlock results in Graham getting some kind of laughing ball in his inventory. It actually looks like :suffer: .
That was hilarious! Very well done!
So what if I am, huh? Anyways, I work better when I'm drunk. It makes me fearless! If I see a bad guy, I'll just point my sword at him and saaaaaaaaaay, "Hey! Bad guy! You're not s'posed to be here! Go home or I'll stick you with my sword 'til you go, 'Ouch! I'm dead!' Ah-ha-ha!" Ha-ha. *hic* See? Ain't no one gonna be messin' wit' ol', Benny!

Anyone notice what happens when you hang around the guard dogs for a bit? :)

I liked that very much; is the French guard dog anyone us forumers would recognize?

Also, is the French voice actor a native speaker?

Yay! I was wondering if people had heard them at all or not. :)

They're all voiced by team members; the French guard dog is Richard Houle, one of our programmers.

My guard dog will come along in a later episode, I can't wait!

He's native speaking from Quebec.

Ah, that would explain it. I speak France's version of French, not Quebec's, so to my ear, it sounds like he has an accent.

Thanks for clearing that up.

Anbody spot this one?
If you come and go from the gate on the Isle of Wonder several times before solving the puzzle with the Mag-Gnat, he'll try to steal Graham's bag of coins as he walks by.
Weldon Hathaway

Haha, I never found that one.

Not really an "easter egg" per se, but did anyone notice the Four Winds bulletin board? :)
