Not able to play second episode again. Please advise as I have Vista HP Help!

Ok so I had the same problem downloading the first episode and then it worked after a few hours of Weldon helping me.  Weldon or Caesar or anyone from the game can you please walk me through on how to play episode 2.  I don't want to have to post every time there is a new episode for help so please if we could help me one time that would be great.  I've downloaded the patch as well.  All I'm hearing is the sound and no video it says error whenever I'm loading it!  Please help thank you or send an email to rclewis23@yahoo.com.  Thank you for your help.
