Where are Cassima and her parents?

We saw Cassima in the Intro to Episode 1, but after that we don't see her while playing Episode 1 or Episode 2. Is she still in the bedroom where Prince Alexander and Princess Rosella are sleeping?

Also, we know from the portrait that Cassima's mother, Queen Allaria, is visiting a sick friend, and so she couldn't attend the wedding. So, the Queen is accounted for...but where is Cassima's father, King Caliphem?

I'm sorry if I messed up the spelling of anyone's name ;]

The King and Queen are both gone together, and Cassima is keeping an eye on Alexander.

Presumably.

King Caliphim is unaccounted for, as far as I know.

That's what I thought. I don't remember if the narration specified whether or not King Caliphim left with Queen Allaria, but I had assumed they were abroad together.

This is the general assumption - that Caliphim is just gone with the Queen to support her.  It wasn't their kid getting married so it's not like they needed to be around for this event.

If you look at the portrait of Allaria and Caliphim, it tells you about where they are.

This has been bothering me for the last couple of days ::)

Makes sense. I wouldn't expect anything else. If Allaria was supposed to visit a sick friend, that would take priority to staying for their son-in-law's sister's wedding. Besides, Alexander is the official King at this point, so he is the appropriate host for his family's visit to the Green Isles. I like to think of Caliphim and Allaria as "retired" anyway.

They basically said as much at the end of KQ6 anyway, didn't they?  Taking a break after being dead and all of that?

A permanent break. They said they didn't want to reign anymore essentially, and asked Cassie and Alex if they wanted the Throne.

Speaking of missing people, where did Oberon and Titania disappear to? They were in Episode 1 but just seemed to disappear in Episode 2, and you'd think they'd be the ones trying to comfort Edgar (although watching Graham comfort Edgar was endearing as well).

I don't know of any explanation to that.

They can't stay gone long - time passes far more quickly back home than it does in Daventry/Green Isles.  In the day that they're gone weeks could be passing in their kingdom.

LOL. Well, we tend away from the Etheria-is-another-dimension idea (well, really, we don't touch on it at all in the game, but that was always how I thought of it in any case), so I would imagine Edgar's parents may have gone home to see if there's anything there that can help the twins.

Haha I didn't know that, but it does make sense that they'd head back home to see what they can learn there.  After all, they do know a dream expert there.
