It's not from QfG4, or any of the QfGs. It's from a single game (not part of a series), and it came out in the early '90s.

BTW, that Top 20 title is a bit misleading - it makes people think that list reflects something other than one person's views & tastes

Drats! I just found a great obscure game, with 0 screenshots on moby games and only a couple on google... but I can't get a screenshot  
Maybe I should go for something more familiar
