So what if I am, huh? Anyways, I work better when I'm drunk. It makes me fearless! If I see a bad guy, I'll just point my sword at him and saaaaaaaaaay, "Hey! Bad guy! You're not s'posed to be here! Go home or I'll stick you with my sword 'til you go, 'Ouch! I'm dead!' Ah-ha-ha!" Ha-ha. *hic* See? Ain't no one gonna be messin' wit' ol', Benny!

 Absolutely, ridiculously, unfothomably, uncomparably pure awesomeness. :D

Though, I gotta say, Backstreet Boys kick N'Sync's ass any day. :pleased:

I was diehard as a tween.  Seriously, I was one of those annoying, squealing little fangirls you see bobbing along to Justin Bieber's music.  There's an awesomely embarrassing picture of me standing in front of my BSB shrine (my poster wall :P), smiling proudly and wearing a tank top that says "PRINCESS."  ::)

Oh, the nineties.

Wellllllllll...for the most part. :P I still get a little defensive when it comes to comparisons between my Boys and N'Sync, though! ::)

Aw Doon, you're so funny.  You were what, nine when they were popular?  I'm sure you jammed in your much younger days! ;)

Yeah, I was younger than you. I've just never liked over-produced music. :P

Ah you youngens with yer Backstreet Boys and N'Syncs and whatnot.  Why, in my day, we had the Right Stuff!  By which I mean New Kids on the Block.  And they were not right at all.  They were horrible.  Of course when they were popular I was still in first grade and the girls liked them.  And since girls had cooties still, I was not a fan.

Though, do you know who was also popular in the first grade?  This guy:

Word to your mother.  This song still gets stuck in my head.  I can't believe that for a short time, he was actually popular.  He's a living, breathing punchline!  Now check out the hook while my DJ revolves it!

That song never gets stuck in my head actually, because whenever I hear it, this infinitely better song gets stuck in my head. ;)

I don't know what you're talking about.  Those two are nothing the same!  Nothing!

In all honesty, it's incredible he could deny with a straight face.  Like I said, he was a living, breathing punchline.  There's actually a moment in the video where his gangly silhouette is dancing in a pastel color and you realize that this guy was the inspiration for Coach Z from Homestarrunner.  And he took himself so seriously, too!  And of course he's wearing a University of Miami sweatshirt, and that's just ridiculous.  I mean, you talk about jokes!  The 2002 season, the only joke there was on the football field!  GO BUCKEYES!

Sorry, got carried away.

I saw Vanilla Ice on Saturday Night Live (I think) back in the day. He was such a joke.

I know.  And it's made worse by how seriously he took himself.  He just kept pushing, acting like he had street cred.  He couldn't just sit back and accept that his time had past.  Last I heard he was trying to do metal.  And he was taking that just as seriously.  As tough as it is to not be taken seriously, there comes a point where you just have to throw your hands up and accept that what you did is dated and no longer being taken how you intended it, but on some level still gives some enjoyment to people.  But he just can't do that.  It's kind of sad, actually.

Oh, and here's something that has been stuck in my head all day.  Get yourself psyched for the new Pirates movie:

Oh, if you are offended by language, you might not want to click on that.  They drop a couple f-bombs.

Anyway, since we're making fun of Vanilla Ice, here's a review of his movie, Cool As Ice.
I have my cake and eat it too, until it's gone.  Then I can't do either.
