No, I don't mean Alex in a big black helmet   (that would look odd-especially with Alex in his KQ6 Garb ) But I mean that Alex's inner "demons" would take over and make him vulnerable and then evil and someone would have to bring him back to good. Also, why does KQ9 have to be the last KQ. Why, being that you guys are saying how deep the plot is (I believe you) why not have more KQs?

For some reason, I don't really think that there will be time travel. I don't think it's really one of those things that would be good in a King's Quest game.
I can only think of one series that managed to handle time travel quite well, and that's the Legacy of Kain series. But that's because time travel had been a significant part of the series since the first game.
I could be wrong, and I'm in no way saying anything about the quality of KQ9. I'm just iffy around the idea of traveling through time.

I thank you for saying such , Soul Reaver is by far one of my favorite games (of all times!) I also love Blood Omen (and the oldbie Legacy of kain 1 ;p, has anyone ever played that one?? )

I own the old Legacy of Kain 1 , and i could have got Blood Omen as well but unfortunately i had never played it so i didnt know if it was good or not

I've played Legacy of Kain 1, didn't like it. Although I think it was a good game. Kinda like Myst, good game, but I didn't like it.

I doubt that was Sierra's fault. They went to great lengths to avoid it being considered KQ8.
