Wow, haven't given my little introduction. Oops! I know I've probably done this several times, but might as well do it again for those who are new.
It's amazing how much the forum has grown over the years. When I joined, I was probably one of the only people who was vocal about their Christianity. In fact, that's what brought Erik and I together in the beginning, because he was also vocal about his.
A little bit about me: I'm one of the HR/PR managers for TSL and the Number 1 poster on the forum. (Ok, kinda proud of that title!). When I joined, I was in college studying speech therapy. Graduated college AND graduate school while still hanging around here. Now I am a speech language pathologist in the schools and live outside Nashville, TN. I wasn't born in Tennessee, but have lived here most my life (since I was 3).
To go along with Haids, Enchantermon, and writerlove, I was a virgin until my wedding night. It was the most precious gift I could give my spouse.

In fact, Erik was also my first kiss, and we held out 8 months for that! I don't drink or smoke. I've really gotten into Zumba...Erik gave me the XBox Kinect and the Zumba workout program for Christmas!
As I said, Erik and I met online here on the forum. He visited me for a day on his fall break in 2004. I went down to Florida with my daddy during spring break 2005. Then we went our own separate ways for years. Through God's grace, in 2008 we both got out of relationships (those who were part of the forum at that time know what I'm talking about), and in no time, had reconnected (we had gone 2 full years without talking with each other). We started dating in May 2008, got engaged Valentine's Day 2009, and married July 11, 2009. We had a beautiful outdoor wedding at Erik's parents' house in Texas.
We are now the parents of two sweet cats, Imoen and Zara. Yes, we got the names from computer games: Balder's Gate and Quest for Glory

In my spare time, which I've had a lot of this week due to snow days, I love to read Christian historical fiction (LOVE Tracie Peterson, Tamara Alexander, Cathy Marie Hake, etc), play World of Warcraft, and do nothing! We just started a small group Bible study in our home, so that's exciting. Since I love hostessing, I'm enjoying it even more!
Now, for pics!
