I actually figured it was (also) a reference to the show "My Fair Lady'--y'know, wherein someone learns proper English :)

Buddy, I forgot to mention: Based on what I've seen across the internet, your english is surprisingly good. I've come across many a people who can't muster english even half-way decently; you, my fair lady, are doing the language justice. For someone who's native language isn't english, you're doing a superb job. Keep it up!
Ummm... ???

Crap. I can't get people's gender right here lol. Sorry 'bout that. I'll fix it now. I hate it when I do that (it's not the first time. I've done it before.)

EDIT: Fixed. Really sorry about that. I really do hate it when that happens. It's even more awkward when I do it in real life. Sometimes to customers. It's not my fault that they have ridiculously long hair and I only glimpsed them from the side! *rambles on for hours*

Just to clarify, dark...I'm Male, Gay, Pagan, Nerd. LOL No worries, I have the same problem in online settings sometimes too. I just wanted to tease you a little, since you do it too  ;D

Gay FTW! And nerd's are awesome. I'm a geek/nerd and I love it!

I thought of that, too, and it suddenly reminded me of an old "the Nanny" episode ...

Don't we? Who *doesn't* want a gay friend? I mean, come on! We're awesome! And who wouldn't want a friend who's a nerd/geek either? The fact is, nerds/geeks, in my opinion, are some of the best people to have as friends, if only for the awesomeness factor!

Ladies, unlike most of your boyfriends or husbands, we WILL tell you if you should not go out in public wearing something you've tried on. LOL

Well, I'm more of straight-acting gay guy, meaning I have no fashion sense and am into some stereotypical straight things. I have zero fashion sense, and hence, couldn't tell someone whether or not that dress makes them look fat XD

Oh I'm a firm lover of not following stereotypes LOL Personally, I hate shopping. I just get things when I need to. More so, I just believe in not sugar-coating things

dark-daventry

I like shopping, just not clothes shopping. I loathe clothes shopping. I like to spend money, but not on clothes. I also hate stereotypes. I don't fit the stereotypes of being gay at all.

So what if I am, huh? Anyways, I work better when I'm drunk. It makes me fearless! If I see a bad guy, I'll just point my sword at him and saaaaaaaaaay, "Hey! Bad guy! You're not s'posed to be here! Go home or I'll stick you with my sword 'til you go, 'Ouch! I'm dead!' Ah-ha-ha!" Ha-ha. *hic* See? Ain't no one gonna be messin' wit' ol', Benny!

I have no fashion since either.  :P My sister always wanted to sign me up for this show to fix it. I'm a total nerd too if anyone didn't know. I am into Mythology too, which I was surprised to learn that some of the others were too and I never knew it! Welcome all that I have missed come in!

Oh man, me neither.  I dress in what feels comfortable, I don't give a crap about what's in style or who wore it at what party.  It's all lost on me! :stars:

One time in elementary school, despite my parents firm words against it, I wore a Superman T-shirt to school. The difference with this shirt? It actually had a red cape sewn into it. It came that way. I think it was like fourth or fifth grade. I can't really remember all that well. Suffice it to say, I got made fun of lol. I also used to have this huge obsession with camo. I don't know what it was, but everything I wore was Camo. EVERYTHING. Right down to the shoes. In 6th and 7th grade I earned the name Camo Boy. It later dawned on me that wearing all-camo gives the wrong impression on people; namely, that I wanted to join the army. Which was so not the case. If anything, I'd want to join Starfleet. In a nano-second. But not the army. I don't like fighting. In any form, really.

Yeah me too! I just wear anything that is confortable... plus it's not that expensive like all the "in style" stuff lol.
