Roehm has a choice of three classes, Brigand, Rogue and Sorcerer, it’s the latter that allows you to learn magic.\n\nThe first thing that needs to be done is to befriend Volksville’s resident sorcerer, Prospero. He will give you a test and task that need to be completed before becoming his apprentice, we’ll skip those for now.\nUpon successfully completing the sorcerer’s challenges he will inform you there are two types of spells, Battle and environmental . In order to learn to new abilities you will need to bring him the necessary reagents. With that said, Prospero is kind enough to teach Roehm his first battle spell, flaming vengeance.\n\nFlaming vengeance is a simple fire spell, effective against all enemies so long as they’re not undead. But your quest will also demand environmental spells. So today we will also take a look at how our anti-hero can attain the spell Nature’s Blessing.\nNature’s blessing is a spell that when used, will magically bring any non-living item into Roehm’s possession. To attain this, you will need to bring Prospero the correct reagent. Luckily, the necessary reagent for this spell is easy to find: a smooth rock.\n\nA smooth rock can easily be found on a nearby river. Having it in your possession you only need to return it to Prospero who will then promptly teach you the spell. Having learned Nature’s blessing, simply find a spot you think might hold something useful and cast it.
