VU can get on my nerves a lot. I really don't even think these things are real! Almost every website has completely different release dates. Maybe they're just for research purposes to see an interest or something. And then they'll cancel them or something, and then later announce a new KQ game or something... But that's just my brain working out physically impossible variations of life... aside from the non-existence of the compilations. That is very real in any reality, if you ask me...

Good news,
I've done some calling around and they have confirmed to me that kq comp.will be released and compatable with windows xp. No one could tell me why release dates were different but regardless you can play them on xp.

It's more than a load of weirdness. And what's weirder, they don't have a Quest for Glory compilation... I can't figure any of this out... Well, we'll see what happens in due time... or something...

This is most likely real. It has been up on numerous websites for a month or two. There is also a leisure suit larry one. They're probably just finishing up with them like someone said earlier. It's a damn good thing for people like these guys who are so dedicated and want to continue the series.

They might be real, but they have a lack of info on them. If they're real, then they must have some pretty damn good explanation as to the so far two delays, and most likely more... I believe they are real, but I am skeptical at times. I wonder if they are putting in special features or something. Like a preview for an official KQ9 or a demo of The Silver Lining or the remakes AGD is making... I always hope these compilations have some hidden feature in them, but I see that as nearly impossible. Some people say they are merely protecting their copyrights, but if that is so, then why is there no QFG compilation? It boggles my mind. I also wonder whether these compilations will feature all games in the series, or just the "good" ones. Like if the KQ compilation had MoE in it, or not. I would personally hope so so I could at least own all of the games. It's just so weird.

RIGHT! I'm sorry! I didn't make the connection that it was only Space Quest. Anyway, that's the one that I'll be buying since all my King's Quest games work on my XP.

I ordered PQ, SQ, KQ and I got them all for 17.99 each. I just wonder if they'll set the ptice down for me... I didn't actually know QFG wasn't entirely adventure. I never really played it, so that might explain it.

That's about all I can find at the moment... I did a Google search for most of these. I just wish we could learn more about these now though... They've had no info for ages, and I'd bet that they're going to be delayed again. Maybe these are testing the waters for an official KQ9... But what would I know...
