-Still rather miserable.
-Wishing my keystrokes weren't quite so loud. Hyperacoustia isn't fun.

-Wishing these horrible contractions would stop. Anyone can do it for twenty hours, but two and a half years is really pushing it. It's been a bad day.

-having fixed the CFITSIO thing for what I think should be the final fix (i.e.- it works now; everything else is window dressing)

-mostly thinking of going home so I can make a pie for a friend who's moving to the States soon...
-thinking: everyone sure seems to be moving to the States... what is this... I don't even...

-posting on the forum rather than working on modeling in MOLLIE (it feels so weird to be working on models and not chasing down this or that software problem or issue)

-Exhausted from my new job. I have to be up at 4:30 to get to the observatory and then work until lunch crunching data.

-then going to work on code, etc.

-fuming at powerpoint for consistently consuming 100% of the CPU
-wanting to just go home or go to lunch or even just do my research work... anything but bash my head against MS Powerpoint some more (TA-DA! I'm here! )

-listening to music on youtube

-not being ready to go back to the States later this week (I'm leaving Thursday. My laptop's dead, so contact/communication will be sporadic thereafter... )

-Feeling Depressed. Our family dog, Annie, was diagnosed with lymphoma two weeks ago. She has started treatment but it is not curable and she feels really sick from the chemo. 
-Setting up the bed on the floor to sleep with my dog.
-Waiting for a Ep 4 meeting to start. 
-Waiting for my smoothie to make the depression leave for a bit.
-Exhausted from work.
-Wishing my sister was home.

waltz, I am so, so sorry.  My Sydney dog died in May of last year and it was excruciating.  I still get weepy when I talk about her.  I'll pray for you and that Annie is not in pain.
