[FIXED]Can't play game after intro from episode 3 (Category: Install/Setup)

I get a black screen after it shows the previously on episode 3 video.
I patched from episode 3 which I installed last year.

Check your game options before starting the game, make sure all the graphics stuff is set to low with the boxes for reflections and rain and stuff unchecked and also uncheck the Fullscreen mode box.  See if that helps.

Unfortunately this didn't work either.
I will try reinstall the whole game.

Yeah try the full installer that does all the episodes at once.
