Cognition Ch 1. Lost all Saves after OSX upgrade

Hello,

So not sure how far I was in Chapter one.  But far enough where I don't want to go through it again.  I upgraded to the new Mac Operating system last night (as I am sure most people did because its now free upgrade).  But now all my save files are gone!  Is there any way to get them back?  This would be for 10.9.  Thank you to anyone who can help.

Unfortunately I don't think there is any way of restoring them, I actually just experienced the exact same issue after updating yesterday and it seems to have just wiped that entire section of the file system.

Thats really frustrating.  Think PO would post some save game files?  I don't get much free time for gaming these days I don't want to replay all of this.  Especially the disturbing parts.
