Grandma's House Not Showing

I've done everything I could in the bookstore, listened to all my messages from Grace, even got to the crime scene, etc...but, grandma's house isn't showing on the map? I tried to start over a new game and see if I did things differently if it would work also, but it still isn't showing. I thought the trigger for it was just having Grace tell me the message about her...or am I missing something?

It's a change of the new version?

I don't think it's a glitch, I think it's an intentional change of the timeline.  I've noticed a few other changes like that.

Looks like you may have figured this out, but yes, Gran's House is not on Day 1 anymore.

In general, some events and locations have changed what Day they appear on, so walkthroughs for the original game aren't 100% accurate for the remake. There is always the in-game hint system you can access via the Journal icon in the lower left, though, which will always include a hint of what things are required to end each day if you're stuck (among other more specific hints).

I was wondering about the missing granny too, but she lives i can assure you. Everything is fine. I've got the game finished and not a single person in GK1 passed away in the last 20 years as far as i can see.

UPDATE: There was an female assistant in the voodoo museum in the original game (day one only), obviously she did not make it. Rest in peace.

This troubled me as well. Just completed the game. You sure forget details when you haven't played a game in fifteen years. I still couldn't manage to get all points though. That's something that irritated me fiercely when playing the original. Think I was missing 1 or 2 points.
