I will make this post as vague as possible. Does anyone know where I can download a free full copy of KQ5 - KQ7 with speech sound? (By "KQ" I mean "kilo and quarts").

My aim screen name is "Shinedown19", please contact  me.

Feel like I'm trying to buy weed or somthing.

Not a clue.  Your best bet would be to buy the games instead.  Then you can feel the full satisfaction of an empty pocket, and the knowledge that you support the KQ series :D

Oh, and quarts are one weird measurement.  We don't do quarts.

I paid for KQ5-8, and "borrowed" KQ1-4 from a friend. The only way I would share the higher quality KQ games is if you lost a copy. True, I probably borrow other games extensively, but I pay for the games that I really respect.

Besides, if you go to a computer show (assuming they do have them in your area) the games sell at about 10 bucks apiece now.

If you want to try to buy it cheap try Ebay.  I got a KQ6 from there since lent my original version to my friend and never got it back.  It cost me 8$ with shipping.

I had all the KQ games a looooong time ago. I really dont agree with pirating games, especielly KQ. I do want to support the series, but it is so old and hard to find, I just think they would stay alive if we could trade for free.

What I really dont understand is how is it legal for people to make profit from selling them on Ebay yet it is illegal to trade for free.

If I could get it from Sierra they would use my $10 to produce another shooting game ha.

Even I don't get that, and I'm a bookkeeper! ;D

There is a King's Quest Collection, but I am not sure if that is still being sold much.

When you buy a game on eBay, the seller must send you all disks, instruction manuals, and packaging that came with the game, and he is not permitted to keep a copy of the game for himself.

It is not illegal to trade or give away a game for free, provided you give all the disks, instruction manuals, and packaging to the recipient, and provided that you do not keep a copy for yourself.

(If the game it out of print, I think it ought to be legal to copy it freely, but that is another matter.)
